Dear Lucy, Thanks to you the green algae nightmare is over. I emptied my pool, tried doing the acid wash by mixing 1 gall. of water with 1 gall. of Muriatic accid, 8 Oz. of White’n bright and 8 Oz of Stain off Biodex products. Unfortunately that wasn’t doing much to the so hardly ingrained green algae stain on the plaster of the pool. I tried different degrees of mixing but the only thing that really worked was pouring the accid 100% on the walls. I’ve got a sprayer, I suited up with respirator and googles and gloves and got to work. The green would turn into a greenish/yellowish foam and I was glad to see that algae dying off. The end result was magnificent. After the entire clean up it took 36 hrs. (Three Days) to fill the pool up with the garden hose (32000 gallons) Attached are the before and after pictures. Fell free to post them on your website or wherever you like. It’s a great testimony of your knowledge and professionalism. I tell you I went to three different “Leslie’s Pools” and also one store of Holabird pools. NO ONE knew what to advice me EXCEPT to sell me 100’s of $ in chemicals. You are the real thing and I thank God Almighty for the day I came across your videos on Youtube. Look at the pictures of the final product. I finally have a “BLUE” clean water pool instead of the Green Swamp. Eternally Grateful,Leon & Colleen Altuna

Thank you Lucy for the video, How to Adjust an Electronic/Actuator Valve- Internal Cam Repair -Jandy or Compool. I purchased a replacement actuator at 180 degree to replace a broken actuator. Couldn’t for the life of me understand how my pool guy was able to make the old 180 degree actuator function as a 90 degree actuator. Made the proper adjustment based on your video and saved me from having to return and exchange for a 90 degree actuator. Jerry T
I probably won’t be a customer…… BUT I WISH I COULD BE ! I live in Florida and was having a problem with my pool (Polaris Caretaker cleaner). In looking at the video you posted on youtube I found out several things….
1. There is a filter !
2. It gets clogged !
After 8 YEARS of NO maintenance !
