Hey Lucy: Great videos. I have the Caretaker system and it looks like one head broke off. Just the nozzle part that pops up and down came off and the rest of the unit is still in the pool. Any tips on how to get the remaining part out of the pool without the head that has the two slots in it still attached?

Hi Dave,
The only thing that has worked for me are needle nose pliers. Stick them inside and open them up, then turn that inner part. It takes a bit of finagling, but it can work. Let me know if this helps if you want to.
